What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
EFT, developed by Gary Craig is a form of psychological acupressure based on the same meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments (without the use of needles). A simple process of tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the body while thinking of a specific pain or problem. The combination of tapping, focusing on the problem and adding positive affirmation work to clear the emotional blocks which create imbalances in the body.
